Easy chocolaty Muffin


Inilah aktiviti aku masa mengidam coklat... Heheheh... also requested from the girls. Dapatlah dalam 27 ketul saiz besar. Puas makan sebab gula memang dikurangkan. So rasa coklat nya lebih dari rasa manis gula, better for my blood glucose.
Laku aja muffin nih ..tak sempat nak simpan sampai esok. hari tu jugak habis. Dihabiskan dek anak-anak and Mr hubby....

3/4 cup butter or margerine
3 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa emulco
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 tbsp baking powder(sieved together with flour)
2 m sized eggs
1/2 cup vege or cooking oil
1/4 cup water.


beat sugar and butter or magerine until smooth add in oil. Then add in egg one by one. Beat well until its foam and smooth. Add in chocolate emulco and water and beat well. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ones and stir just untill they are mixed together. Do not over mix, the mixture should still be lumpy.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin or paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until well risen and springy to the touch. Remove the tin and cool on a cooling rack.
